1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

    • In the original packaging with tags, labels, or seals intact.

  • Certain items such as intimate apparel, cosmetics, skincare, and personalized/customized items are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@apongor.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if defective or damaged).

  3. Once approved, we will share the return address and instructions.

  4. You must ship the product back to us within 5 business days after approval.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or wrong item sent.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered.

  • If you need an exchange, email us at support@apongor.com with your order details.


5. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or clearance sale items

  • Personalized, custom, or made-to-order products

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, undergarments)
